  • Acupressure with Warm Stones
  • Comfort Care Swedish massage
  • Craniosacral Bodywork
  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage
  • Reflexology
  • Reiki Massage

Acupressure with Warm Stones consists of gentle pressure applied to specific points, assisting your body to restore and rebalance.  Warm stones and special oils may or may not be used, depending on your needs.

Comfort Care Swedish Massage uses gentle, mindful strokes while taking into account your changing needs by adjusting for pressure, site, positioning and any risk of lymphedema.

Craniosacral Bodywork is gentle pressure used to balance the flow of cerebral and spinal fluids that can cause the nervous system to dysfunction.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is light, rhythmic and repetitive strokes that assist the body in removing toxins. It increases the lymphatic circulation to help prevent a build up of fluids, which helps increase mobility.

Reflexology is gentle pressure applied to points on the hands and feet that provide support to the organs of the body.

Reiki is very gentle touch that helps restore and balance energy, as well as decrease strain and ease pain.
